Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for return.

4. Return Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or damaged. For defective items, a prepaid return label may be provided at Coznest.shop’s discretion. Always use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
5. How to Ship a Return

6. Inspection & Restocking
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. No restocking fees apply for eligible returns, but any issues discovered may affect the final refund amount.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

8. Non-Returnable Items

9. Exchanges for Items
